Application Process
School District #71 (Comox Valley) will accept students who give evidence that they have the academic and social potential to be successful in our programs. Please see the Host Family Program link to determine if your child is eligible for homestay or if s/he must attend with a parent or other adult family member.
A basic knowledge of English will help students adjust more easily to a new school system and culture. Students lacking these skills are encouraged to attend our summer ESL activity and Academic Preparation Program.
Students may apply through direct contact with the International Education Office, or through existing student placement agencies in their home country.
